Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, Michelle is a Project Manager with 5 years of NYC experience leading interdisciplinary teams through the full complexity of urban project delivery. She has delivered 1M+ GSF across 20+ projects totaling $266M+ in combined value — spanning mixed-use commercial, affordable housing, and Passive House residential typologies across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

Built at the intersection of technical architecture and project leadership, Michelle specializes in full lifecycle project delivery — from first agency filing through construction closeout. She brings deep, firsthand expertise across NYC's regulatory environment including DOB, HPD, DOT, OER, and NYSERDA, and has supported a $66M+ financing package and secured $1M in NYSERDA Building of Excellence incentive funding across two Passive House projects in Hudson Yards.

Michelle holds a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University GSAPP and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universitas Tarumanagara (UNTAR) in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is currently based in New York City and is actively stepping into pure project management at the highest level of practice.
